发帖数: 36 | 1 I'm subleasing my 1-bedroom apartment from Dec. 23 to Aug. 11 (the moving
time is negotiable). The lease can be renewed for next academic year. It is
a spacious apartment on the second floor, with a little wooden balcony. The
address is: 2339 Yeager Rd., Apt. 4, right across the Asian Market. You can
take the bus route 5 to go to Purdue.
The current rent is 500 per month, including water and trash, but the price
is negotiable. Electricity is about 30-40 in the summer and 50-70 in the
winter time. Parking is free. I will pay the rent for December which covers
from Dec. 11-Jan.11, and the new person should start to pay from Jan. to Jul
.The lease ends on August 11th.
Some furniture (a twin bed, table, chair, lamp, etc.) can be left for the
new person if he/she needs.
