Coz PV's faq says: freshman not allowed to park on campus.
Maybe this does not mean that I am not allowed to park in PV, right ?

u will definitely have a parking spot in PV. To get to your department on ca
mpus, the bus is really convenient if you live in PV. When there's no bus ru
nning, at night or on weekends, you can park in the garages on campus wihtou
t a permit. I don't know about applying for PV. I moved out several years ag
o. Let's see if others will provide some input.
