主副基本同步，除了副申比主申晚一个月从NBC转到NSC。
办绿卡期间在版上学到很多东西，特别感谢版主对某些问题的解答，比律师都要专业。
自己的case遇到了很多突发状况(老公司在485 pending不到180天关门，新公司在我完
全不知情的情况下file了另一个EB1B，直接导致pending的485从NBC转到NSC)，也踩过
一些坑（被动和主动的都有），附上一些经验供后来人参考。
（1）公司在485 pending 没到180天关门。老公司在2020年12月底关门，也就是递交
485后60天。在无配偶身份做backup的情况下，应尽快找到相同领域的工作，有条件的
可以在找工作的同时申请一个EB1A做保底。以我身边的几个dp来看（同病相怜的同事。
。），有入职新公司在485pending 180天后让新雇主主动提交J表（没收到RFE）过的，
有EB1A通过后提交另一份基于EB1A的485 （并没有撤销EB1B的485），然后USCIS让确认
走哪份485通过的，也有我这样虽有通过的EB1A，没提交第二份485也没提交新J表，只
是让议员帮我提了一嘴我想要transfer of underlying basis to 我新approved EB1A
上通过的，由于绿卡还没收到，我也不知道USCIS到底用的1A还是1B，收到了我来更新。
（2）入职新公司前务必仔细确认新公司律所会不会因为没到180天换工作而不出J表。
首先说重点，我遇到的F家律师死抠180天，不肯主动port J表。入职前我还特地问过能
不能交J表，答复是“We can provide supplement J form if the I-485 application
can be saved.”入职后，当过了180天（去年4月底）我找他们问J表的事情，他们说
他们当时的意思是帮我再交一个EB1B 140, 然后relink 485到我他们这个140 上，然后
提供新的J表。更搞笑的时，这时我才发现他们已经在去年 4月初把我EB1B的140给file
出去了，在他们准备期间，我没收到他们任何email （应该就是把他们之前帮我申请的
O1改改就交了）。。。
由于当时我已经有approved的EB1A，所以当时脑海里第一个想法就是让他们withdrawal
这个EB1B （去年5月提交的withdrawal request）。但是在后面看来，这个看来一个相
当错误的决定，因为withdrawal request并不是USCIS的priority，他们啥时候处理你
不知道。由于这个pending的140，我的485在去年8月从NBC转到了NSC黑洞。如果当时立
马让他们PP，过掉这个140，从而让pending 485留在NBC，应该不至于现在才有消息。
（3）找议员。个人觉得找议员还是有用的。就算议员回复说没到processing time我们
不帮忙问，除了浪费点时间，you have nothing to lose. 我找过senator和
congressman，senator 回复说不到时间我们问了也没用。Congressman 的staff 很热
情，帮我问了几次。
第一次，去年7月，我让议员帮忙问了两个问题：（a）我倾向于将pending的这个485
transfer 到我刚approved EB1A上，能不能成功；（b）我的pending case目前什么状
态。USCIS 8月底的时候回复了以下两点：（a）我们知道这人有EB1A，我们在
adjudicate 的时候会考虑他的preference；（b）这人有multiple 140，我们NSC的
standard protocol时处理完主申和副申的所有140之后再处理他们的485。。。
第二条回复明显说明5月提交的withdrawal request还没人看。。。我立马把这条发给
新公司律师，说这个pending的140影响到我的485了，能不能帮我加急。律师跟团队商
量了两天，最后同意加急，我这个EB1B是再去年9月中的时候通过的。所以，140 申请
提交withdrawal request 之后，在USCIS没处理前，还能PP。。
第二次，去年9月底，由于我的pending 140过了，加上我主动交了I-693到NSC，又让议
员帮我问了下case status以及有没有将我的I693归到我的I485下面。USCIS 10月底给
了回复，没提I693，只说这人的background check 结束了，case等着被assign给IO 做
adjudication。说60天如果没消息，你再来问。
第三次，去年12月中，议员帮我又问了一次，USCIS没有回复，但是等到2月中，终于批
了。。
最后，提供自己按时间顺序的EB1/O1申请的若干dp供参考：
Major：EE
09/2018: EB1B: 9 Journals/13 Conference, 188 citations, 77 reviews
07/2019: O1: 15 Journals/15 Conferences, 296 citations, 90 reviews
自己申请的EB1A 和新公司的O1，EB1B 时间很近，都在02/2021和04/2021之间，dp如下：
17 Journals/22 Conferences, 623 citations, 130 reviews, IEEE Senior Member

request 应该就直接作废了
