- 五月中旬 FP
- 七月底USCIS网站主副两人同时更新为寄出RFE
- 纸质Notice一直没收到，八月中旬在网站提交request "Did not receive notice
by mail"
- 九月初还是没收到notice，之后联系tier 2两次，第二次说主卡的notice 9月4日重
新给寄出了一份，副卡重新催了NBC一次
结果到现在主卡副卡的notice都还没收到，不知道什么情况，所以想求助一下各位有没
有遇到相同情况的，或者怎么处理， 多谢大家了 |

发帖数: 6 | 2 Call USCIS customer service, tell tier 1 your situation and request Tier 2
call back. tell Tier 1 that it's an emergency because of missing notice.
Tier 2 will call back in 72 hours for emergency case. You can ask tier 2 to
email you a notice copy. |
