“ This registration was selected toward the number projected as needed to
reach the congressionally mandated cap (regular cap). Based on this selected
registration, your company is eligible to file a corresponding H1B petition
at the following location:
Vermont Service Center"
貌似我的中签名额来自regular cap, 不是master's cap. 但我是按master's cap 来填
I-129的。问题是邮寄地址应该是"H-1B and H-1B3 regular cap subject petitions"
还是 ‘H-1B and H-1B3 advanced degree exemption petitions (master’s cap)’
里面的对应的vermont service center地址呢？

刚发现regular cap 和master's cap的Vermont Center地址是一样的
