CS专业， 提交时28文章 ，几篇领域内top journal，320+引用，七篇一作，多数引用
来自一作， 30+审稿，4封推荐信（3封独立， 1封自己博士老板，都来自美国，有一个
在欧洲一个大学也有职位）， 3封独立里有两个推荐人比较牛。
上月提交直接PP，第13天收到RFE，质疑major significance，应该是模板
“Evidence must demonstrate that the beneficiary’s contributions are not
only original, but that they are of major significance in the field. The
evidence does not demonstrate the major significance of the beneficiary’s
contributions.
The published articles alone do not show that the petitioner's original
contribution has been of major significance and the letters of support
discuss the number of citations that the petitioner received for unnamed
articles.”
这个原因里面的the letters of support discuss the number of citations that
the petitioner received for unnamed articles. 不知道究竟指什么，PL里的文章肯
定都是发表了有名字的，困惑。
然后下面感觉就是please submit evidence模板了。然后最后也提到了please submit
evidence that the beneficiary’s entry will substantially benefit
prospectively the United States. 虽然我觉得律师给准备的PL里已经提到了这点了。
另外我现在准备这个RFE，除了继续挖亮点，请问还有其他建议吗？多谢。 |
