I hope my GreenCard timeline will help other applicants.
1. Priority Date (PD) of I-140 (Eb1A; non-PP; worked with WeGreened,
passed-or-refund): February 09th, 2018.
This date is important because I submitted my Post-Graduation OPT on
March 08th, 2018,exactly one month later than my I-140 application.
I know that someone is worrying that whether submitting an I-140 will
affect the OPT application. On the basis of my own case and the cases
of many other people that I know about, it is OK to submit the I-140
prior to filing your OPT application. That being said, I am not an
attorney, and YMMV.
2. I-140 application approved: May 03rd, 2018.
This is considered fast for a normal process.
3. Receive Date (RD) of I-485, I-131, and I-765: September 30th, 2020.
Notice Date: October 19th, 2021.
It is very important to submit your I-140 as early as possible. People
were allowed to submit the I-485 if their PDs are February 08th, 2018,
or earlier. My PD is February 09th, 2018, so I had to wait until September
2020 to submit my I-485. If I have had submitted my I-140 just one day
earlier, I might have a different story to tell today. When submitting
the I-485, I skipped the Medical Exam.
4. Note Date for biometrics appointment: November 07th, 2020.
5. Fingerprint taken on December 02nd, 2020.
The online status changed to Fingerprint Was Taken so something alike on
the same day.
6. Notice Date for the approval of the Combo Card: December 14th, 2020.
Got the Combo approximately one week later.The Combo is valid for one year
7. Notice Date for Request of Evidence (RFE) (Medical Exam, I-693): March
8th, 2021.
8. Date I-693 submitted: March 18th, 2021.
I spent $320 per person for the Medical Exam,vaccination excluded.
9. Date the I-693 of the derivative applicant: March 23rd, 2021
Date the I-693 of the primary applicant: March 26th, 2021.
On March 25th, 2021, because I (the primary applicant) still did not see
the status change, I submitted an SR myself and finally got this: On April
12, 2021, we sent a response to your inquiry about a Request For Evidence
that you did not receive, referral number SR10832100073MSC.
10. On May 21, 2021, called the USCIS and submitted an SR for the I-485
for the derivative application. We were able to submit the SR because
the response to their RFE had already been with the USCIS for over 60 days
and we still did not see any status update.
Then we got this: On May 26, 2021, your inquiry about why your case is
taking longer than our processing time, referral number T1M1342201474LOU,
was assigned to an officer for response.
I believe that the receipt number for the SR speaks volume: We are in the
area of the FO of Louisville, Kentucky,and the receipt number ends in LOU,
indicating that our case was already in the hand of the local office.
On the other hand, the receipt number for the SR that I submitted in March
2021 ends in MSC, indicating that the case was still with NBC at that time.
So, the conclusion is: The last three letters of your receipt numbers of
your SRs tell you where you cases are located when you submit your SRs.
This could be a trick to know exactly where are your cases are. Just my
two cents.
11. On May 25th, 2021, contacted Emma (online chat) and asked for
information of the status of my case. Emma directly scheduled a Tire2
Callback on me (I did not even ask for that).
12. On May 27th, 2021, got emails from USCIS saying that the new cards
are being produced (both the primary and derivative applicants). Online
status changed at the same time. | s****r

我去年12月拿的一年有效期的combo卡， 六月底H身份到期打算开始用了。现在也快该
开始申请combo延期了，哎，这等的时间真是长。。。
