Immigration attorneys WasdenBanias have shared the good news for H4 and L2.
They have been fighting the lawsuit in US court against the H4 EAD delays
for quite some time now.
The final result of the lawsuit is still not decided but USCIS has given
assurance that it will announce the biometric revocation soon.

Applicants
Effective May 17, 2021, USCIS will temporarily suspend the biometrics
submission requirement for certain applicants filing I-539 requesting an
extension of stay in or change of status to H-4, L-2, and E nonimmigrant
