“Thank you for your inquiry on behalf of your constituent, XXX, regarding
the Petition for Alien Relative, SRCXXXXXXXX.
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records reflect that this
application is currently pending at the National Benefits Center due to Visa
Regress. Once the Visa becomes available the application will be
adjudicated at that location. The application will not come back to the
Houston Field Office. If you have any further questions please contact the
National Customer Service Number. The Department of State posts monthly Visa
Bulletins on its website at www.travel.state.gov/visa."
怎么成了亲属移民？是移民局系统登记错误还是回复议员信息的人工作疏忽？
