“Employment-based preference immigrants in cases only when a U.S. citizen,
lawful permanent resident, or U.S. national relative fled the immigrant visa
petition or such relative has a significant ownership interest (five
percent or more) in the entity that fled the petition.”
我的雇主不是我的亲属，所以我理解就不用交I-864了？谢谢解答！ | c********3
