June this year. But given the COVID-19, I want to postpone their return and
extend their stay.
Is there any change in the visa extension policy? If they need to return
early June, can I start applying now? What reason should I state in the
application?

Question 13. travel document number
Question 14.a country of passport or travel document issuance
Question 14.b passport of travel document expiration date
What is the 'travel document number'? Is it the VISA number?
And aren't the county of issuance and expiration dates different for
passport and VISA? How do I answer the question at once?

I understand travel document is different from visa number. But there is no
travel document for my parents B2 visa, yet I have to enter something here...
