02/08/2019收到“Notice of File Transfer for Visa Regressed Cases”,内容是“A
final decision cannot be made on your case at this time because a visa
number is not currently available. This office is transferring your pending
I-485 case to the location indicated below. The office indicated below will
retain your case until the visa number becomes available and will ultimately
conduct the final processing of your case. This transfer will ensure better
customer service and faster case processing.”
Tranfer去了“National Benefits Center”
现在在USCIS网站查询还是“On January 2, 2019, we scheduled an interview for
your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust
Status
”
有两个问题想请教一下：
1. 怎么查visa number是否current？current是绿卡排期里面的批准日期 (Action
Date)，还是递交日期 (Filing Date)？
2. 有没有什么办法可以催一下这个绿卡的进度？最近考虑换工作想保险一点先拿到绿
卡。
3. 收到这个Notice of File Transfer for Visa Regressed Cases是表示什么意思？
还要继续审查，还是就等着拿卡了？ |

没用
transfer到NBC基本上是排期不到的case的基本程序, 等着排期current了就绿了 |

时提交。
