month. I know my O-1 visa will be invalidated if I come back using AP. But
the lawyer said it will also impact the 485 application. Here is the word:

The O-1 visa is not a dual intent visa (which allows you to have the intent
to work in the US on a temporary visa and also file a green card). Because
of this, O-1 visa holders are not really supposed to have the intent to stay
in the US indefinitely. By having a green card filed, you have shown you
intend to stay in the US.
If you travel the O-1 will go away and the I-485 will be impacted as they
will find that you have not maintained status.

我的律师当年这么说的：the H-1B allows for immediate international travel
after filing the I-485. With the O-1, you would need to wait to receive
temporary travel authorization before traveling.
那个"temporary travel authorization"应该就是AP。你律师的意思可能是，你不能再
用O1回来，需要使用AP。

月有效，你在美国境内不可能有有效的O1 visa.
或许，你有个有效的O1 i94/797。律师说的不全错，你再入境只能是AP入境。O1 797不
会作废，O1 i94自然是没有了。
