...evidence submitted does not show that the beneficiary's contributions are
considered to be of major significance in the field of endeavor. The
evidence demonstrates that the beneficiary has developed an advancement to
his reseasrch and the importance for further reseasrch... has drawn
attention to other scientists in the field. However, the evidence was
insufficient to show that the beneficiary's resesarch has made a significant
impact in the field... is insufficient to establish that the beneficiary's
work is being used by others throught the field.
