发帖数: 140 | 1 我今年5月交了EB1A，一个月后把NIW也递上去了，材料差不多。PP了EB1A后结果EB1A和
NIW同时被NSC的 0317 RFE了。EB1A想撤回了，先回复NIW的RFE。
NIW的RFE内容是：
“Your citation history appear strong and documentation submitted show
articles authored or co-authored by you have been cited over two hundred
times in journals. However, no ETA 750 was received to show anticipated
employment or a plan for the future regarding how you will continue to
advance the field of endeavor. Therefore, the record is missing required
initial evidence which would lend support to the second prong.
Please submit evidence to establish that the beneficiary is well positioned
to advance the proposed endeavor by showing there is a plan or model to
further advance the field of endeavor. If this can be established, then it
would be evident that on balance, it would be beneficial to the U.S. to
waive requirements of a job offer and thus waive the labor certification,
which would satisfy the third prong of the Dhanasar test ”
我的问题：
1.我递交的时候只交了Employment verification letter证明我现在的工作单位，为什
么要交这个ETA 750? 我只有申请H1b时的ETA Form 9035& 9035E -Labor Condition
Application for Nonimmigrant Workers， 可以用这个表交上去吗？
2.交这个表还需要再写a plan for the future regarding how you will continue to
advance the field? 我应该再补封推荐信或其他吗？
