的I-20.
然而16年我并没有在gap期问学校要CAP-GAP的I-20。
会影响新雇主的H1B申请吗？现在问学校要还来得及吗？
大家有人有相似的经验吗？

现在问学校要肯定是来不及的，如果gap期间是不合法的留在美国，可能是有影响的吧

发帖数: 8496 | 3 cap-gap extension is automatic when you are ELIGIBLE. cap-gap I-20 is not
required. Just show the I-20 (D/S with OPT endorsement), EAD (expired after
your I-129 RD) and your I-129 capped-h1B approval notice(with start date
Oct 1, 2016) to prove that your were eligible for cap-gap in 2016. |

"Because the cap-gap extension is automatic, the updated Form I-20 is not
required for a student to continue working; it merely serves as proof of the
extension of OPT employment authorization."
