need to submit documentation relating to traffic fines and incidents that
did not involve an actual physical arrest if the penalty was only a fine of
less than $500 or points on your driver’s license. However, you must
submit such documentation if the traffic incident resulted in criminal
charges or involved alcohol, drugs, or injury to a person or property.
前段时间发生了一起车祸，警察来了以后判了我全责，给我发了一张$100的ticket。保
险公司则认为是70%在我，30%在对方。现在case还在进行中，但对方claim了property
loss和injury。想知道，这种还在保险公司层面，没有上庭的车祸问题，需要在485里
反映出来吗？如果要反映，需要准备哪些材料？另外，485表Part 8里面问题18~80里面
