意思是只要485不是和140一起交的，都要交J表

不包括EB1a和NIW的
那意思是，如果走EB1A，就不需要交J表
这两个地方不是矛盾吗？？？？？？？？？？？
后来看有人说uscis出了新的规则，明确说明EB1A不需要交J表，建议大家面试或者交
485的时候说明一下，免得糊涂IO不知道，请问谁知道这个规则在哪儿找吗，实在找不

你要是自己DIY的话我建议你还是把那42页都看了吧
