SR on 08/08/2017 (finance loss, need EAD for new job)
USCIS request additional information on 08/11/2017, so the offer letter was
sent.
New Card was produced on 08/17/2017
LD has the same RD as mine, SR on 08/09/2017 (exceed normal processing time)
