sent you an email on May 11, 2017 to confirm whether you would like to
proceed with premium processing at that time due to the June 2017 visa
bulletin's retrogression of the EB-1 China category.
Please note, if we file a premium processing upgrade service at this time,
and the I-140 EB-1 petition is adjudicated favorably, you will not be
eligible to file the AOS application. As mentioned, the EB-1 China category
has retrogressed, and is likely not going to become current again until the
next fiscal year (October 2017).
我几年4月提交了申请，然后五月问我是否pp，我当时从律师处了解到得是pp并没有什
么太大的帮助，所以没有说要上pp。但是最近觉得有必要pp，要不然等太久了。结果他
的这段话又让我有点不太知道真是的风险到底如何。提前谢谢大家。 |

你想什么时候pp都行，不过不建议10月，因为新财年开闸，估计扎堆的不少，提前点吧 |

发帖数: 424 | 8 谢谢你。 如果提前一点比如八月或九月会有什么优势呢？是不是意味着提前避开扎堆
的，先过140，然后485也就10月就可以开始。如果有RFE，那么可以提前准备好，是不
是？

发帖数: 13202 | 9 PP不PP就意味着你是否愿意等半年以上甚至一年才知道140的结果，然后才可能考虑投
递485，本来现在可以投寄485的窗口一年才有6个月左右了，你就非常可能进入两个排
期期间，那么拖上两三年才能拿到绿卡都有可能。
所以，现在，可以这么说，即使有被RFE被拒的风险，也是必须PP的，因为在排期的大
气候之下，等不起啊，除非你根本不在乎一两年的等待。
很多人的身份拖不起。
