1。我是和I-130和I-485一起file. 难道不是有了绿卡以后都可以在美国工作吗？为什
么很多人和I-485一起申请EAD? 为什么要file I-765?
2. 如果需要file I-765 (和I-485一起），还需要额外交I-765的410 filing fee吗？
Instruction上说如果是initial EAD, (c)(9) category is not excepted for filing
fee. But if it is replacement of EAD, (c)(9) category does not need to pay
filing fee. 所以我需要额外交$410 for I-795, 对吗？
3。 I-485需要两张照片，I-131需要两张照片，I-765还需要两张照片，一共要交6张照
片。我的理解对吗？其他表还需要交照片吗？

在I-485进行的时候用。I-765申请EAD和I-131申请AP基本上都90天内拿到。I-485无法
预测要多长时间；每个人不同；一般要几个月，但是也有要一年多的。

我们先申请了AP, 这样可以拿到AP 先回国，再慢慢等绿卡

Please note that, if you file Form I-485 to adjust your status as a
permanent resident on or after July 30, 2007, no additional fee is required
to also file an application for employment authorization on Form I-765 and/
or advance parole on Form I-131. You may file these forms together. If you
choose instead to file Form I-765 and/or Form I-131 separately after July 30
, 2007, you must also submit a copy of your I-797C, Notice of Action,
receipt as evidence of that you filed a Form I-485.
