资超过100K美金都可以算作额外的要求选项。
Extended evidences for EB1-OR can include the following:
1. PhD in STEM from US accredited Universities
(for totality: submit attested copy of degree certificates, unopened
transcripts from universities) = currently USCIS follows this criteria for
EB2-NIW category.
USCIS can also publish the list of US accredited universities to make this
criteria more transparent.
2. Salary/remuneration criteria (for totality: submit attested copies of W-
2s and the applicant should be >75%th percentile of the field as per bls.gov
wages). = Currently USCIS follows this criteria for EB1-EA (I think
Nebraska Service Center considers >90th percentile though.)
Or in simple words, you can say that the applicants making >$100K/year via
EB1-OR sponsoring employer are considered satisfying this criteria. |

DHS believes that the evidence suggested in the comments above regarding
minimum number of years of experience and minimum education requirements
generally would not be beneficial in an analysis of whether an individual is
internationally recognized as outstanding in his or her academic field.
....
Therefore, DHS declines to adopt these suggestions as amendments to the
standards listed in 8 CFR 204.5(i)(3)(i) in favor of a broad comparable
evidence provision.[16]
