请大家帮忙看看文件是否齐全：
485 form
copy of birth certificate
copy of passport page with non-immigrant visa
I797 for I-140 approval
I-94
2 photo
employment letter
check for payment
版上不少人提到tax form 和pay stab，但是485的instruction里面没有。我不记得前
面申请140的时候是否已经提交。anyway，employment based and after 140
submission, 是否不需要再提交这些材料？
另外想赶时间，打算等通知后再做体检，所以没有包括这项。
自己一个人办理，难免有疏忽的地方。谢谢大家帮忙 | s********y

the expired one
顺便再问一个visa number的问题。
根据网上的guide，彩页上有visa number 但是visa过期了。过期前再今年二月分回国
后有一个visa stamp，上面有一个四位数的号码。visa number是填过期的visa number
还是visa stamp上的号码？ | b********t
