major is Molecular and Cellular Biosciences and my research interest is
focused on development and progression of cancers. I’m familiar with the
most of the biological laboratory techniques, including but not limit to
cell and tissue culture, RNA and DNA handling and analysis, PCR, Northern
and Western Blot, gel electrophoresis, molecular cloning, FACS, IHC,ICC, ISH
, IP, microarray, sequencing, proteomics and transgenic/syngeneic/PDX mouse
models for breast and prostate cancer, etc. I’m also experienced in
bioinformatics analysis of large patient cohort, Crispr-Cas9 related
techniques and gene modification by over-expression, knockdown/ knockout. I
also have the experience as an independent reviewer for three journals until
now. Any review invitation in biology field is welcome.
