申请公民申请被退回，上面说：
The information provided with your application indicates you have filed your
application more than 90 days
before meeting the continuous residence requirement for the category
selected. Therefore, you are ineligible
to file for naturalizatoin at this time under the category selected.
我的具体情况：
2011年10月31日拿到绿卡
中间回国呆了一共714天，没有离境超过半年
今年6月28日回美国，
到今年10月31日就到5年了，
网站上说可以提前90天寄出申请，
所以8月1日寄出的申请
不知道哪里理解的不对，请指点，谢谢！
