TSC EB1A 140 processing date 刚更新到了1/14/16. 请问大家，这个日期到底代表什
么？
看网上说是最后一个completed case的filingdate。这么说的话，所有在此之前file的
都应该有结果了。可我们律师（公司的）说，这个日期是表示在此之前的case都被
assign给examiner了。
我们是去年11月file的140 non pp到现在还没有任何动静。律师申请过case status
inquiry 但是tsc回信说 Your petition is still pending consideration. We
regret that we are not able to give you a timeframe for when we will
complete the review of your petition. 真不知道到底还要等多久
