people here in this forum, majority applicants got ther EAD/AP within 60
days since RD. However, my attorney said that in most cases it takes 90-
120days.
I have an international trip planned long before my GC application and the
departure day is 06/29 while my RD is 05/10. Should I wait another 10days to
see if I get lucky enough to receive the AP by that day? |

发帖数: 3090 | 3 既然是planned的trip那你应该有h1之类的签证吧，那就不要动ap不要进入aos状态呗。
不过fyi，我是5月2号的rd，昨天ead卡已经delivered了。你大可以等到departure前一
