的嘛？就没有一个室内设计方向的在这里申请过EB-1A。咨询2了律师，一个律师明确说
不行，另一个一直还没有给明确回复。

Yes,
First, I was graduated as distinguished master student for the graduation in
XX university, UK. (Note: Only three student that year obtained the
distinguish graduation; and the first and only Chinese student obtained this
awards.)
My final master projected was selected to display in the design exhibition
organized by Northumbriua University. Attendants come from national wide.
My project was offered to purchase by the government entity (even though I
did not sell to them). My art design work was interviewed by media, and her
photo and her video interview was kept in the University website.
Second, CMPD, Conrad Hotel, Beijing, super 5 star hotel. Best Hotel in China
(see attachment for one of introduction online), awarded many awards,
including Leed certificate, Luban award（鲁班奖）, etc. I was managing this
hotel. My work in CHINA MERCHANTS Group. was awarded best Exceptional
artworks report. I was in charging and summarize our design team work for
the Conrad Hotel project, this work was awarded Commendation Award for
outstanding team.

Yes, I am a member of XX university alumni association since 2008
I am also an active member of High point market (largest furniture show in
the world).

Yes, as I mentioned in the 1 question, my work was reported by media and
circulated in University Website internationally. I was also reported in
newspaper as excellent student when I was study in UK.

of the work of others in the same or an allied field of specialization?
If yes, please briefly describe the nature of your role for each instance
where you have served as a judge for the work of others. Please note that
invitations to serve as a judge will not be sufficient evidence for this

Yes, this basically is my part of work when I was working at CHINA MERCHANTS
Group. My work involve selecting best art work, best design from companies,
organization all of the world, including many international recognized
design and art work companies, like SPIN DESIGN STUDIO (Japan) LTW DEISGN
WORKS ( Sigpore), EIDG (USA), GDIL ( HONGKONG); and also international
recognized interior designers and professions. I will list the names if you
needed later. I can even ask them to give me recommendation letters as you
needed.
5. Have you displayed your work in several artistic exhibitions and

a. Do you have the evidence such as the flyers or posters to demonstrate
that you are highlighted as the major artistic in those exhibitions?
Yes. My final project show as one of evidence. I have others, including many
projects and model room show if you needed.

Yes. I was invited to give two lecture, once facing teachers from Tsinghua
University, another time facing the teachers from all university in China.

发帖数: 867 | 6 国家级的大奖才算数，distinguished master student肯定不算，没法单独claim成独
立的一项。
国内的那个Hotel的了鲁班奖那样的大奖，那个得鲁班奖是你的作品吗？如果不是，那
就没用。
大学校友会university alumni肯定不算。
EB1A的媒体报道一般都要求是大媒体吧？学校网站不知道算不算（即使全世界都能看到
），不知能否单独claim成一项。
第5题b项的答案和问题不匹配。
第6题的题目要求你的公司必须在业界有distinguished reputation。
第7题，如果高收入，那办投资移民更方便，你自己有企业，正好有实力投资。
另外楼主怎样才能证明自己的international的影响力呢？感觉楼主的回答显得很弱。
如果设计的作品被全球主要媒体报道，被选入多个国家大学的教材，在国际顶级的展会
上获奖，被各个国家的大型设计公司邀请合作，这样才行吧？
艺术类的都是顶级艺术家（章子怡？陈丹青？）才能达到那些要求的其中三项，所以真
是凤毛麟角，我估计不容易找到PL RL模板，如果楼主自信实力足够，就DIY各种模版吧

学生奖也不算。 judge others' work 那个没写清楚。是你做国际奖项的评委？如果只
是公司内部的panel就没法claim。 | d******5
