未名的蔡律师，很专业，推荐信写的很好。
Claim 老三样：
authorship：文章12片，一作（含共同一作）4片，其中领域顶级杂志2篇，2篇Cover
story附加Commentory，20多个媒体报道，另外若干国际会议的presentation abstract
COntribution：总引用220次左右，分布比较广，欧洲国家居多，另外写了一个协会的
大奖（每两年一个人）作为contribution的evience，没有独立claim奖
审稿：给12个杂志审了45个稿子，最好的杂志5-6分左右
推荐信找了8封：美国1，中国1，丹麦1，英国2，瑞典1，希腊1，澳大利亚1，6封独立
，其中4封引用过我的文章。
等待的过程是一种煎熬，也鼓励大家坚持下去。
