1) part 2,application type
i am applying for an adjustment to permanent resident status because:
那个a, b,c, d,e...到底是选那一个？
2) Part 1 最后一行 current USCIS Status ， expires on ?
这个是填入关的6个月过期日期，还是10年签证的过期日期
3） 另外就是以前用过I-94,后来不用了。我也没有留下i-94 copy
那些i-94的选项还需要填写么？ |

2) i personally have question on mine too. I have submitted my mom's
extension application. so i put the old i-94 date there with a Pending and
some notes there;
3) I-94 is electronic now. please google i-94 form and you can obtain the
record by your parent's name |
