今天突然发现移民局网页关于EB1b的申请说明，貌似没有提到在公司工作的人可以申请
？是不是实际执行过程中，在公司做research岗位的人也可以。这样的话，在小公司工
作之前公司没有sponsor过绿卡会不会有点吃亏，因为公司在移民局那里还没有过记录。
下面是移民局官网的原话
Outstanding professors and researchers
You must demonstrate international recognition for your outstanding
achievements in a particular academic field. You must have at least 3 years
experience in teaching or research in that academic area. You must be
entering the United States in order to pursue tenure or tenure track
teaching or comparable research position at a university or other

大把的人eb1b都是公司的啊
eb1a以学术界居多
但是小公司需要证明permanent research position之类可能比较麻烦
还是eb2容易
