request的，眼看着日子一天天溜走，什么也做不了，急死人啊

那时我已经walk in成功了
我可以自己打电话么？有人有经验吗？

We are unable to receive further information as to why we have not received
your RFE notice. The USCIS usually asks that we wait for 30 days to receive
any notices that are sent to us. We have already raised a service request (e
-request) on April 13th regarding the missing RFE. The request notified the
USCIS that neither us have received the RFE notice yet, and asked that the
USCIS send it to us as soon as possible. The USCIS requires that we allow
them 30 days to respond to the service request. If we do not receive a
response by April 26th, we can call the USCIS to ask about the notice. It is
possible, however, that the USCIS will not give us any more updates, since
we have already raised a service request to ask for the notice. Please note
that the officers on the customer service hotline do not have access to your
case, so they are unable to give us specific information. They are only
able to contact the service center and officer handling your case through
the service requests. |
