请教大家：
用了485EAD, H4 会自动失效，那万一485悲剧的话，就out of status. 可以马上转回
H4. 那么out of status 时间是从用EAD那天算起，还是485被据算起？个人认为既然法
律允许用EAD,那时间应是从485被据算起，否则谁还敢用485EAD? 敬请明白人来指点，
到底out of status 时间是从什么时候算起？

lost H4, you are out-of-nonimmigrant status, but you are still legally
present pending AOS decision. if I-485 is denied and you have no existing
non-immigrant status, you should go abroad to get H4 visa stamp and return
with H4 status (new H4 I-94) |

据说非法停留的时间多了就几年不能进入美国。

去身份开始。
