When I received the I-131 approval notice, I am a little confused about the
sentence in the middle of the front page: "THIS FORM IS NOT A VISA AND MAY
NOT BE USED IN PLACE OF A VISA."
Does that mean I cannot re-enter into the U.S. without renewing my H1B visa
in this case? I thought the purpose of I-131 is to allow me to travel in and
out of the United States without the need of applying for a entry visa? | j***a
