to help my mom apply for B2 visa, whether I can fill "nonimmigrant" status
or must fill in "immigrant" status on DS-160 form?

发帖数: 109 | 5 485一批准，就是绿卡/永久公民了。不是按照收到实体的绿卡为准的。
我父母最近也要签证。我填了nonimmigrant。预约好了签证。
希望485在父母签证前别下来。呵呵。
如果在填好了160，预约好了签证，但是在面签之前绿卡下来的话，说实话，我也不知
道怎么办了。
而且即使填了nonimmigrant，VO也是可能问你父母”你的孩子有没有申请了绿卡”之类
的问题，那时还是要老实回答的。 |
