发帖数: 425 | 1 事情是这样的，LD的FP notice都RD50天了还没有收到，于是打电话去催，然后很快就
收到了。其实我们催的是I-485，因为近期没有回国计划，所以根本就没有关心I-131的
进程。又过了两周后收到如下email。
Recently, you contacted USCIS concerning your Form I-131 application. Below
is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.
USCIS records indicate that a biometric appointment may not be necessary for
continued processing of your case, however if one is required this will be
scheduled and mailed to you.
We have biometric information on file for your Form I-485 and I-765
applications, so it appears that no further information is needed related to
this, and if more is needed that will be sent to you.
Your applications are currently pending and you will receive notice of
action as soon as it is completed. |
