small percentage。我以前看到一个帖子，说有人收到了，然后给杂志写了封信，问
reviewer pool有多大，人家回信说有1000多人，然后他在petition letter里面写了我
是top 1%.
我去年收到Elsevier另外一个杂志的信，说我是top10，没有certificate，但是给了
250 amazon gift card，还是这实惠...

我，现在140批了，也不催了，似乎很久没给我了...
