证明。 我看了半天还是不太明白到底要求什么文件。是要求国内办的离婚公证书呢？
（ 国内办的离婚公证书上只简单地说：根据XX法院第XX号民事调节书，兹证明XXX和
XXX于XXX日期经XXX法院调解离婚。）还是，要求把那个“XX法院第XX号民事调节书”
的原件（很长的，详细的，盖了红章的，有审判员姓名的原文件），然后翻译这个原件
，再找人公证原件和翻译件内容一致？ 附原信件相关文字如下，求各位指点，到底要
求交什么文件？谢谢。

signed by a judge or magistrate that shows proof of filing, or the death
cerificate issued by the civil authorities, that terminated the prior
marriage between: XXX and XXX

*All foreign language documents must be submitted with complete word-for-
word English translations. The translator must cerify that the translation
is complete and accurate, and that he or she is competent to translate. Do
