A review of the evidence of record finds that you have not been published
since September 2012 and your last technical presentation was in April 2013.
Further, the employment letter you submitted from XXX fails to describe
your present responsibilities as a Post Doctoral Fellow. Therefore, please
submit documentary evidence which establishes that you continue to be
engaged in your field of extraordinary ability. Such evidence may include,
but is not limited to: a currently dated letter from your present employer;
copies of recent and/or ongoing publications or research; copies of recent
awards, grants or fellowships; or other such documentation confirming that
you continue to be engages in your area of extraordinary ability as
described in the underlying Form I-140 immigrant visa petition.
不知道该怎么准备，想准备下面几样材料：
1. Updated Employment Verification Letter (里面写明我工作职责？)
2. 现在老板的证明信（140的时候没有用现在老板的推荐信），是否要写明有足够的
funding支持我？
3. 2012年9月之后所有发表的会议文章(没有期刊文章发表)，是否要把录用的邮件也打
印出来？
4. 今年本领域年会拿了个免费上课的奖，不知道用还是不用，既然是extraordinary
ability了，IO会不会认为水平不够还需要去上课？
5. 现在的funding是一个大公司支助的，这个公司有的senior scientist也在这里工作
，是否可以让他写一份信证明grants能支助我继续研究？
不知道还有哪些材料能够证明上述要求，特别是continue engage in my area。
请各位指教，可惜没有包子，太穷了。 |

最近3次paystubs
接下来年会的注册确认信和邀请信
485递交之后又审了几次稿
大概想到的就是这么多了
