我和我夫人结婚多年，我去年申请绿卡（EB1A）的时候她正好在国内有事，然后听说她
作为配偶以后申请也不需要排期，所以就没有把她带上。她原先持有H4签证，可是在她
在国内这段时间，我的绿卡批了，我原先的H1B身份就失效了，相应的她的H4也失效了
。 她现在要回来，但我搞不清楚要用什么签证及怎样帮她申请绿卡。
参考了网上很多意见，大概整理了一下思路：
1: 我现在就给她递I130， 然后她通过广州大使馆申请移民签证IR1。 只是不知道这个
过程需要多长时间？
2: 我现在就给她递130， 等拿到收据后，让她同时申请K3签证。不知道这个K3容不容
易申请，大概需要多长时间？
3: 让她以B1/2身份过来，等过个3，4 个月后再递交130，485等（看版上说最好等>3个
月，不然485有可能悲剧），按照我搜集的信息我们在我拿到绿卡之前结婚，所以她没
有排期？

to one year for her to come.
For your 3. if she already has B1/B2 visa stamp, come to US to file I-485

her come first and then submit a following to join using I485.
If I file I-824, she will it go to Guanzhou embassy for the re-entry
immigration visa after its approved? Any other thing I should do?

发帖数: 8496 | 7 on ds160 she MUST indicate that her husband is LPR which may be a reason VO
can deny her B visa. If she tells the truth on ds160 and still get B visa,
there is no worry to enter and wait 3 months and then file I-485.
