months after Rd. Waiting is such a torture and can't focus on doing anything

发帖数: 2105 | 6 I'd say mostly dependent on the IO. If you have been background checked
before by FBI (for certain jobs), it's likely that it takes less time for
background clearance.
In my case, TSC starts to delay the 485 processing time, and I fortunately
got approved a bit earlier than others in September submission date. I don't
know which side impacted my case, but I was background cleared long time
ago for my job. |

I am working at national lab. That's why I am wondering how can take so long
to redo every checking again. Looks like IO should be the main reason. Some
IOs are working hard and fast, some are slow. If no luck, we will be in
some slow IOs. |
