今天收到回复:
This office only accepts an inquiry after an initial service request is made
with the National Customer Service Center (NCSC). Based on the information
provided, no record was found to show that you have previously placed an
inquiry with the NCSC phone line, 1-800-375-5283, regarding your case. You
must first place an inquiry by calling the NCSC phone line. If 30 days have
elapsed since you placed a service request and you have not received a
response, you may then contact this e-mail address with the Referral Number
in the subject line. This information is important and will assist us in
better serving you.
看来是需要事先提交SR，过了30天没有回应再发email给这个地址询问，
希望能给其他要发EMAIL的同志们做个参考。
还有就是问一下，service request对于TSC是一定要等到4个月才能做吗？
我现在已经3个半月了，还有2周就4个月，能否现在提交？望有经验的朋友
能够指教，多谢了！ |
