查和打疫苗的钱,如果你要在体检医生那里打疫苗,应该他会另外收钱(会有个费率表给
你).
你可以尽量在你的家庭医生那里把所有的疫苗都打完(Td我的保险给报,请医生开的时候
别说是为了移民,否则可能不给你报;其它的我自己报了日期也就过了,这其实很大程度
上取决于你的体检医生,碰到难缠的,你干脆换一个人得了.).实验室好象查性病,估计在
哪查保险都不cover.

how he/she writes the receipt for you. Make everything clear, and go ahead.
I went to a Chinese doctor (zip code 43235 Kewa Li), She is very very "nan
chan". Before I chose her, she said everything is so nice, and she also said
she can write the receipt for me to claim to my issurance by myself, but I
did not ask her how she will write it. Two of us did the PE in her clinic,
one did all checks(TB, blood test) in the family doctor, another one did
these checks in her clinic. She only give one receipt with two names on it
and clear wrote "the immgration physical check". I totally can not use it. I
asked the copy of I693 from her. She gave me, but they were very very
unclear. it is hard to read it. My feeling it is like "Hei dian" although it
is not. |
