EE PHD. 去年底毕业的，现在一EE公司做entry level engineer。
一作journal 4篇，二作journal 一篇。conference papers ~ 15.
文章都比较新，现在citation < 50，散落在各个地区。
review 30 in total, including 10 journals papers spreading in 7 journals.
推荐信：4 professors (3 IEEE fellows and 3 editor-in-chief), one associate
and one assistant professor. 其中三个是独立推荐人。不过6个人都在美国。
没有什么奖项了。
想现在试试EB1B，推荐信写的差不多了。可是我现在拿不准是不是要在推荐信中强调
citation。
还有就是我这种情况找个美国之外的推荐人是不是好很多？联系了好多欧洲的牛教授没
有一个理我的。亚洲的非牛associate professor会有很大帮助吗？

why can't we say this? the average citation is indeed very low in ee, if
your paper citations is much more than that, is that not a good indication?
sorry that no chinese can be typed now.

等citation到100左右就差不多了
