(1) If 得罪了previous boss, can previous employer do anything for you GC? If
not, what can affect your GC status and later getting US citizenship?
(2) How to apply SSN for child?
(3) When travel to China, just bring GC and passport?

about.
2. go to local SSN office, bring I-551, passport,... see their document
requiremnets.
