cover letter (需要的话)上有HR或者管事经理的签字
2. 除了签字，是否需要签字人的title和某种公章？

还有140表
需要证明公司符合petitioner的资料或者签字信
好像不可以。有个g28表，上面有符合委托代理公司投的人，比如律师，不包括申请人
自己。

如果是很大很大的公司有很多很多researcher还需要单独证明吗

If you can mail out using your company's address, it might work. You just
need to let them know in advance, since the company will receive the I-797 "
notice of action" (or the receipt), while you will receive I-797C.
In that case, you just need a letter from HR and company letter head that
stating your company have XXX employees, among them YYY are scientists. The
company is qualified as a petitioner. In my case, I also submit the annual
report as an evidence for petitioner.
Your petitioner's situation will be asked in filling the I-140 form, e.g.,
gross income, net income, tax ID, etc. You might need to ask your HR to fill
out those parts.

填写雇主的信息，包括HR的地址。beneficiary部分填写你的信息。我的情况是自己填
的140，学校的律师检查后，转给学校的主管校长签字，我拿到签好字的140表后，自己
邮寄的。
petition letter肯定是和140表放在一起的。申请140，有个checkinglist，你应该按
照那个准备。
