Realize that company does not apply for greencard in the first few years.
Published several papers and conference presentations.
Usually what type can I apply? Appreciated for all useful comments.

There are only two choices if you want to file a petition yourself: EB1A or
EB2 NIW. But you may not be able to apply with your research in graduate
school because you have already changed field. I am not sure about your
current job. Is it somehow related to your PhD research?
