China. I plan to apply for EB1a with my family as beneficiary. Please chime

发帖数: 8496 | 6 You are the beneficiary. They are not. They will be your derivative when
you can file I-485 or do CP. In the case of EB I-140, beneficiary(which
means you, and only you) does not need to be in USA. I-140 has nothing to
do with your family, and will not affect their F, J B visa. |
