We received FP notice and I-765 approval/EAD in March. Did FP in March. But
the lawyer got a refunded check from USCIS. The lawyer called and was told
the case is administratively closed due to ineligibility.
Is it because of the error on I-485 and I-765 about last arrival date. It
was a future date... Just reviewed and found it out.
What should do next step? We have not received a notice yet and the online
status in still acceptence.

这种错误应该可以通过和移民局沟通改正的，毕竟是个typo。
我觉得关键是移民局的答复。应该可以appeal or call 移民局高级officer （打电话
去，让他们转） |

to review before sent out.
The lawyer said they request USCIS will notice the reasons in 15 days. But
can they just talk to USCIS and find out why?
Do I have to wait for whatever notice to appeal or resubmit etc?? |

I-485 while she/he is not in USA. |

Departure record on my I-94 as my last arrival date...
How can I change this typo given USCIS has already refunded my check and
administratively closed my case?
I think this is also the reason why USCIS refunded my check. I-765 has the
same issue but they approved without seeing this as well. |

太担心了，按程序走就好。我个人觉得这个问题后果不会很严重的。毕竟，移民局的IO
也是人，不会填错了一个啥就揪着不放的。而且你这个typo太明显了。 |
