我上一年申请我太太移民来美国团聚。（I-130表）。最近我的I-130被批准了，我们的
资料已经发给National Visa Center。他们也开始办理这个签证，我已经开始收到信要
求我交affidavit of support和Visa processing fee。但是因为我太太她有J-1签证留
在中国两年的限制，她的限制在明年六月份才完成。
在我这种情况下，我们是不是应该把那些费用都交了，签证继续办理，一直到最后一步
（在发签证之前），然后在签证面试联系的时候，再告诉他们推迟几个月，直到太太的
两年完成？
请问，通常我们这种情况，应该具体怎么做呢？啊

发帖数: 8496 | 2 you can delay your actions for < 365 days and still keep the CP alive. So
wait a couple of months to pay fees, wait a few more months to mail DS 230,
and when interview is scheduled by GZ consulate, reschedule it. Normal
processing time + your 1 year delay should be fine for her to fulfill the
June 2014 HHR.
It is also possible that after you send her DS 230 info and no J1 waiver,
NVC may suspend the process and issue RFE, and you will need to see how long
NVC will give you to come up with the waiver. | M**1

Hi, I already sent them the DS form that designated agent. I have already
paid the fee. Is it possible to go through with everything without delaying
it.
I heard story that people just go through with it and interviewed. However,
they won't issue visa until J-1 2 years is up.
If we go through with everything without delay, how do we ensure that as
soon as her 2 years up, we can immediately get the VISA. Thank you for your

interview, so you can notify them when 2-year stay is fulfilled. | r****s

alien who is a former exchange visitor who has not fulfilled the 2-year
foreign residence requirement", 上面说如果说Yes，就拿不到Visa。
我现在应该怎么做呢？我的目的是可以尽快办好一切手续，等到两年一满，就立刻可以
拿到Visa走人。但是如果是现在填，就不能够说No。
我是不是应该在两年满了以后，再递交visa application呢？
